Developer Time Monitor is a solution for Billing & Time Tracking
Application. This online system can be used for posting and maintaining
billing records, including time, dollar amount, project's description
and even client's responses and can be used by web developers, web
designers as well as other freelancers. Application
is free for both: commercial and noncommercial use.
We
wrote this online billing application two years ago and are using
it since very successfully, keeping billing records for our clients
on this server. .
At
a first step you would have to create Developer Account. Once you
are in, create Client, add client's contacts, default monthly budget
for particular client and ... your account is ready to place new
job and following progress notes.
Usage
of this online billing application is easy and fan, specially looking
at your previous month's projects' postings, billing records and
correspondence with client in regards of seeing your company progress.
Web
Developer Time Monitor can even be used at some extend as private
troubleshooting board between web developer or freelancer and its
clients. You can give access to client and they can post their responses
or comments in regards of particular project.
Data
Backups: by default there is no back ups of data on Developer's
and its clients' data. Please be advised, in event of hardware failure
of hosting server, your data will be permanently lost. If you wish
to protect your data, WDTMonitor can set up an automatic backups
of your data per individual request. Please send [Web Request]

Privacy
Statement: all information entered by web developers or other freelancers
(collectively: Developer) into this time tracking and billing application
considered as private. WDTMonitor will keep your data strictly confidential,
developers' and their clients' information will not be shared, sold
to other parties or used for marketing. WDTMonitor will use developers'
contacts only in regards of troubleshooting (if needed), violations
or restrictions to use matters or in some cases account's termination.
Limitations
and Restrictions for using this billing & time tracking application:
we assume that all developers will use this billing & time tracking
application in responsible manner in respect and compliance of existing
laws. WDTMonitor reserves exclusive rights to correspond, worn,
restrict or in some cases terminate developer's account. In case
of legal dispute between Developer and its Client(s), WDTMonitor
will not be hold responsible.
